Employee Benefits Package

Sisca Construction offers a progressive employee benefit program, which provides a comprehensive medical insurance plan. The Company underwrites much of the cost of the benefit programs, including health coverage for the employee.

A 401(k) program is also available to employees. Sisca Construction offers paid sick leave, paid vacation and paid holidays for eligible employees.
