Project Managers

Position Description:
The Project Manager is the administrative and technical manager of a project. They coordinate, direct and supervise project administrative personnel, subcontractors and vendors in association with the Project Superintendent. A Project Manager ensures that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality specified.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with at least five years of commercial project management experience and thorough knowledge of construction, costing, scheduling, estimating, design principles and techniques, accounting principles, employee relations and OSHA regulations. Must be familiar with various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances. Strong oral and written communication skills required.

Project Superintendent

Position Description:
The Project Superintendent oversees and executes all construction work and job-site safety regulations & procedures. Works closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineer and Safety Manager to insure efficient and safe execution of all construction phases. They provide progress reports to, as well as maintain positive working relationships with the Owner, Architects and team members.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a minimum of five years of commercial construction experience as a lead superintendent, strong interpersonal and team building skills, familiarity with OSHA regulations and work-site safety, and extensive knowledge of various construction methods, equipment, tools, and materials.

Estimator
|

Position Description:
The Estimator prepares and coordinates complete cost estimates for commercial projects. Ability to complete all assigned projects on time, within budget parameters and in accordance with clients' needs and concerns. Review and interpret specifications and plans; Review design options, make recommendations and provide solutions on cost, engineering, quality and availability of material.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has five years of commercial experience, experience with computerized digital quantity takeoffs and costing for a complete range of building materials including re-bar and concrete. Strong communication skills and the ability to create productive working relationships with team members, vendors and clients are critical. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Timberline is preferred.

Project Administrative Assistant

Position Description:
The Project Assistant serves as the administrative hub of a project job site. Set up and maintain the project record keeping system and ensure that project administrative records are properly organized and documented. Monitor all licensing and insurance for all parties to the project. Work closely with the owner, design team and subcontractor/vendor representatives. Assist with the preparation and processing of subcontractor/vendor invoicing. Administer project accounting including: budgets, budget transfers, cost commitments, contingency management, change order management, payment applications, billing and reporting.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with the commercial construction processes and documents is required. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Timberline, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
