Charlie Sisca


Managing Member

Charlie has been in the construction and real estate development business his whole life. He started SCS in 1999 with one employee and is presently engaged in on average $20,000,000 in commercial construction per year with 20 employees.

Sisca Construction built its current corporate offices in 2004, located on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach. The company services and works throughout South Florida.

Charlie’s business model or philosophy is “THE GOLDEN RULE” of what goes around comes around. That you should treat everyone with respect and always do the right thing. The company’s growth and success has been based on that foundation and why it adopted the tagline “YOUR PARTNERS IN SUCCESS.”

Impact Employees have ownership and vested interest in the business. Sisca has created 3 minority partners, Chuck Holland, VP of Construction, Roger Lovejoy Chief Estimator and Sherrie Sisca VP of operations. Sisca treats employees like family, working together in peace and harmony as one. Everyone is a team player and each employee’s contributions are vital to the success of the company and its customers.

Sisca’s success is based on its partners’ success and the company does everything it can to ensure that success. Sisca not only develops business relationships, but builds life-long friendships as well.


Chuck Holland


VP of Construction

Chuck in his role as a VP of Construction is responsible for all field activities and overseeing and training of all field personnel. Chuck is responsible for quality control, job cleanliness, safety and always maintaining a 2-4 week look ahead for each project. Chuck is ultimately responsible for completing projects on time while maintaining customer satisfaction. Chuck is the company representative and conduit between Owner, Architect, building department, subcontractors and the office. Chuck has a strong work ethic, results oriented, able to identify problems and implement corrective actions to complete projects on time and within budget. Chuck became a partner of Sisca Construction in 2001. He has been an integral part of the company’s growth.

Prior to joining Sisca Construction Services, Chuck worked for Fisher-Clark as a Project Manager. Prior to moving to the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area he owned a construction business in Orlando, FL from 1985-1994.


Sherrie Sisca


VP of Operations

Sherrie, in her role as a VP of Operations is responsible for all office administration and staff, while monitoring and enforcing company procedures and policies. Sherrie also maintains all office systems and oversees information technology for all company communications, computer software and hardware systems. Sherrie joined Sisca Construction in 2002 and became a vested Partner in January, 2007. She has been an integral part of the company’s growth and attributes that to Charlie Sisca’s philosophy “the Golden Rule” treat everyone, with respect and fairness because what goes around comes around. Most of Sisca Construction’s business is from word of mouth, referrals and repeat customers, that is a true testament of our company philosophy.

Sherrie grew up in a construction family and has enjoyed working in the construction industry her entire career. Sherrie recently passed the Florida General Contractors Exam and is in the process of getting her General Contractors License.


Roger Lovejoy


Senior Estimator

Roger, as Senior Project Estimator, is responsible for preparing and coordinating complete cost estimates for all private construction projects. It is his job to review and interpret plans and specifications as well as solicit sub contractor and material bids to ensure that the project is bid in accordance with the owner’s specifications to meet the desired results of our customers.

Prior to joining Sisca Construction Services, Roger worked as an estimator for Anderson Moore Construction, Catalfumo Construction and Development and Fisher Clark Construction all of West Palm Beach, FL. Prior to coming to Florida, he owned a commercial contracting business in Des Moines, Iowa from 1970-1988.


Jessica Sanchez


Sr. Project Coordinator

Jessica, in her role as Sr. Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and assisting all Project Manager’s in the day to day duties of public and private projects. Jessica oversees and manages all contractor and subcontractor agreements to ensure our job costs are accurate and all payables are being processed. Jessica manages her department with confidence and ease, her talents and efforts allow for everyone’s success. In addition to daily project management tasks, she is responsible for administrative staffing and training.

Prior to joining Sisca Construction in 2008, Jessica had extensive general management experience in the Construction Industry.


Jonathan Flah


Director of Sales

Plan and direct all marketing and promotions efforts related to new business development for Sisca Construction Services, LLC, a leader in quality construction in South Florida.    Utilize extensive network of contacts and establish new relationships to generate qualified leads for the construction and renovation of commercial properties in Florida.

Oversee all aspects of marketing and promotions including social media, special events, brand management, community and business relations, client services, referral management, and media relations.

Beau Sisca


Project Superintendent

Beau is the son of owner Charlie Sisca, and is the family's fourth generation to pursue a career in the construction industry.

Beau is a recent graduate of the University of North Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, with a minor in construction. In addition, Beau spent much of his youth in Palm Beach County and graduated from Wellington High School.

Beau, in his role as Project Superintendent will be responsible for overall activities of field operations and for completing projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards while maintaining customer satisfaction.


Doreen Hair


Senior Project Coordinator

Doreen, as a Senior Project Coordinator is an accomplished construction professional with demonstrated commercial and High-end residential experience inside and out in the field. Doreen provides hands-on work with Governmental agencies in all facets including but not limited to Site Plan Approval, Permitting, Pre-Construction Coordination, Plan Revisions, Utility permitting, FDOT permits, Health Dept. approvals, inspections and project close out. Doreen brings with her over 15 years of construction experience dealing with complex projects and various municipalities spanning Florida. As a Green Building Certified professional, Doreen is able to assist in Green Building alternatives for projects.
